This is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding.

2. Overview

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no advertising networks and no social media plugins, and loads no content or scripts from third-party servers. No personal data is collected, analysed or sold for marketing purposes.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information your browser transmits in so-called server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and IP address. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The log files are deleted after a short period and are not combined with other data sources.

The language version of this website (German or English) is chosen based on the language setting your browser sends with every request anyway. No cookies are set and no data is stored for this.

4. Fonts

This website uses self-hosted fonts. No fonts are loaded from external servers (e.g. Google Fonts). Loading the fonts therefore does not establish a connection to third-party servers and does not transmit your IP address to third parties.

5. Contact via email and WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, your details are stored to process your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. If you use the WhatsApp link, you will be forwarded to WhatsApp; processing there is governed by the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. We have no influence on data processing within WhatsApp. We do not pass on data sent by email or WhatsApp without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to info@codeworx.de.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach.
